As wedding planners and master of ceremonies, it is a great joy for us to share unforgettable moments with our clients and make their dreams come true. Each wedding we plan and organize is unique and has its own story to tell. Wedding on a boat

Isabell & Daniel

Isabell & Daniel's dream wedding took place in beautiful Heilbronn. First, they got married in the beautiful Kilianskirche church in the city center. From there, the guests and the bride and groom were led to a historic villa for the planned champagne reception. Directly opposite was a boat landing stage. Here, the Neckar boat was already waiting for the wedding party, on which coffee and cake as well as the wedding cake were served. During the trip, the guests were able to enjoy the fantastic view of the water and the banks of the Neckar. The boat took the guests to the “Alte Reederei” location. The party went on until the early hours of the morning.

Natalie and Christian celebrated their dream wedding in Italy by the sea with a venue on a cliff, organized by us. With a picturesque landscape as the backdrop and a breathtaking villa as the venue, it was a day full of unforgettable moments. From planning the ceremony to designing the wedding reception, we made sure every moment was perfect. It was a pleasure to be a part of this special day and to support the couple in realizing their wedding dreams.

DESTINATION WEDDING IN ITALY

Rossella & Albert

Rossella and Albert, a couple from different cultures, share a love that transcends all boundaries. They wished for a wedding in Italy, at the picturesque Coco Beach in beautiful Apulia. In a traditional Catholic church, beneath a magnificent ceiling and surrounded by frescoes, they exchanged vows. The ceremony was translated live into German by us, so all guests could experience this special moment. It was a wedding that felt like a family gathering, with a radiantly happy couple at the center. All the guests agreed: It was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Rossella and Albert carry this special day in their hearts forever, and we are honored to have fulfilled their wedding dreams.

Bei Infinity Weddings & Events meistern wir in der Regel jede Herausforderung gemeinsam.

Zu meinen Aufgaben gehören die konsequente Umsetzung unseres Corporate Designs, die Erstellung von Angeboten und Rechnungen sowie die Finanzverwaltung.

Ich unterstütze meine Partnerin Linda dabei, Abläufe effizient zu strukturieren, sodass der Fokus jederzeit auf unseren Brautpaaren liegt. Auch am Hochzeitstag selbst bin ich präsent und stehe dort zur Seite, wo organisatorische oder praktische Unterstützung benötigt wird.

Durch meine Erfahrung in der Gastronomie bringe ich ein ausgeprägtes Serviceverständnis, Freundlichkeit und Ruhe mit. Mir ist es wichtig, vorausschauend zu handeln, aufmerksam zu bleiben und für alle Beteiligten eine angenehme, verlässliche Unterstützung zu sein – damit der große Tag entspannt und unvergesslich wird.

Geschäftsführerin, Hochzeitsplanerin, freie Traurednerin & Grafikdesignerin

Als ausgebildete Grafikdesignerin bringe ich meine Kreativität und meinen Blick fürs Detail in die Planung und Gestaltung von Hochzeiten ein. Zusätzlich betreue ich unseren Social-Media-Kanal sowie unsere Homepage. Die Begleitung am Hochzeitstag motiviert mich besonders – nichts erfüllt mich mehr als die Freude und das Strahlen der Paare.

In den vergangenen Jahren durfte ich bei Angela und Manuel lernen, wachsen und wertvolle Erfahrungen in der Hochzeitswelt sammeln. Diese Zeit hat mich stark geprägt und mir gezeigt, wie wichtig Professionalität, Herz und Struktur in diesem Beruf sind.

Schon seit meiner Kindheit habe ich im Theater gespielt und stand gerne auf der Bühne – das freie Sprechen vor Menschen fiel mir schon immer leicht. Genau diese Leidenschaft hat mein Interesse geweckt, freie Traurednerin zu werden und Paare mit persönlichen Worten an ihrem besonderen Tag zu begleiten.

Von der ersten Besichtigung bis zum Hochzeitstag stehe ich den Paaren zur Seite und achte darauf, dass jeder Schritt reibungslos verläuft. Dabei ist mir wichtig, eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung aufzubauen, damit sich jedes Brautpaar sicher und gut betreut fühlt.

Jede Hochzeit ist für mich eine Herzensangelegenheit. Ich setze mein ganzes Können und viel Liebe zum Detail ein, um ein einzigartiges Erlebnis zu schaffen, das die Persönlichkeit des Paares widerspiegelt.

Als Traurednerin und Hochzeitsplanerin biete ich alles aus einer Hand – mit dem Ziel, Träume wahr werden zu lassen und jede Feier zu etwas Besonderem zu machen.
